Brittany Desires & Sunday Melody

This week Fancy&Fearless will have six beautiful guest bloggers. These beautiful women will be sharing what they want to take place in 2016.

Here comes Brittany!

Hi! I’m Brittany and I write over at Grace, Love, Life.  I love spending my days exploring my new neighborhood or at home baking, reading, and writing.  I live in Kentucky with my husband and our sweet Yorkshire Terrier.  For me, blogging is a way to share stories of grace, lessons of love and reminders that life is breathtakingly beautiful.

In the past month I have heard this song many, many times and each time I have heard it I have felt the peace of knowing that God has come to save His people.  The song says, “He has come for us, This Jesus.”  Before Jesus came to Earth the Israelites spent thousands of years waiting for a Savior.  To some, it probably felt as if His coming was a nothing more than a legend.  But on that first Christmas Morning Jesus did come to save us.  God sent Him to us in the most discreet way possible, as a little baby.  Our Savior finally came to save the world.

Jesus came as the “hope for all mankind.”  Without Jesus our world would be a much darker place.  As we start 2016 I feel hopeful because I know that Jesus is with us.  I have hope that He will continue to reach out to the world and that people will still come to know Him.

Jesus is our Messiah, and He was “Born to give us life.”  Without Jesus life feels pretty pointless.  In 2016 I want to feel Jesus like I never have before.  I want to live for Him by making time with Him my number one priority.  I want to feel like Jesus’ presence like never before and then I want to give away His love to all who need it.  Though Jesus came many years ago, He is still with us today and then I want to give away His love to all who need it.  He brings purpose to our lives.  In 2016 I want to see our world rocked by Jesus and His love for us.
